The technological developments are not only limited to the development of fission tools or hardware therapy but also in the form of software. The development of application technology in the world of education for orderly administration and the digitalization of educational administration is growing rapidly. One of them is YPPSB, which is developing an application for administrative services for teachers and employees called the PRIMA application. In 2022, YPPSB, through the business manager and support, published an application called PRIMA. With this application, YPPSB provides easy administrative services, especially for teachers and employees who are under the auspices of YPPSB. Based on this, researchers are interested in knowing how to use the administrative services of teachers and employees at YPPSB through the PRIMA application at YPPSB. The <br />research was conducted using qualitative methods by collecting data from results, interviews, observation, and documentation. <br />Furthermore, the data was analyzed using interactive analysis, namely by condensing data, presenting data, and ending with conclusions. The results of the study can convey that the use of the PRIMASI application service at YPPSB has been going well with the convenience of teachers and employees in reporting administration at school. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that administrative services through the PRIMA application are <br />registration and data collection of teachers and employees, validating teacher data, payroll and payment of overtime allowances for teachers and employees, submission of proposals, and data collection and repair of assets. This curriculum development has been carried out several times in order to make adjustments to changes in technology and information, especially in the field of education. The method used in this research is the library research method. The focus of the study in this journal is on the development of the education curriculum in Indonesia from the beginning of independence to the present. The results showed that the curriculum in Indonesia has changed several times, starting in 1947, 1952, 1964, 1968, 1975, 1985, 1994, 2004, 2013, and last in 2022. The expected benefits of this paper are to provide understanding to teachers and the public regarding curriculum change policies in Indonesia, to be used as a reference for further curriculum development, and to create students who are superior and have global <br />insight.</p> Herman Herman Aji Lukman Panji Muhammad Eka Mahmud Copyright (c) 2023 An-Nadzir : Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam 2023-11-29 2023-11-29 1 02 92 104 10.55799/annadzir.v1i02.255 KONTRIBUSI SARANA PRASARANA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN DI STAIS DAN STIPER <p>This research includes quantitative research using a correlational approach. The population in this study were all permanent and non permanent lecturers of STAIS and STIPER about 192 lecturers. This study used a cluster random sampling technique with 67 lecturers as respondents. Test the validity of the data using validity and reliability tests. Prerequisite test analysis using normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression test, t-test (partial), and F-test (simultaneous).<br />The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of infrastructure facilities on lecturer performance at STAIS and STIPER, evidenced by t-count&gt; table (3.260&gt; 1.998) with a significant level of 0.017 ≤ 0.05. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of <br />the work environment on the performance of lecturers at STAIS and STIPER, as evidenced by t-count&gt; table (2.335&gt; 1.998) with a significant level of 0.023 ≤ 0.05. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of infrastructure and work environment on the performance <br />of lecturers at STAIS and STIPER, evidenced by F-count&gt; F-table (10.222&gt; 3.14) with a coefficient of determination of 0.442 which means it has an influence of 44.2% in the range of sufficient categories. This study concludes that infrastructure and work environment <br />positively and significantly influence the performance of lecturers at STAIS and STIPER East Kutai Regency partially or simultaneously.</p> Nur Muhabibudin Copyright (c) 2023 An-Nadzir : Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam 2023-11-29 2023-11-29 1 02 105 114 10.55799/annadzir.v1i02.302 PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA ADMINISTRASI DI PERGURUAN TINGGI <p>This study was quantitative research. The data collecting technique used questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were permanent administration staff in STAI Sangatta total of 16. The hypothesis test used double linearity regression, t partial test, and F simultaneous test. This study revealed that: 1) there were positive impacts on leadership significantly on administration staffs’ performance in STAI Sangatta, this case was proved by thitung &gt; ttabel (3.323 &gt; 2.051) with a significant level of 0.027 ≤ 0.05.2. There were no positive impacts and welfare significantly on administration staff performance in STAI Sangatta, it was proved by thitung &lt; ttabel (1.083 &lt; 2.015) with a significant level of 0.288&lt;0.05.3. There were no significant positive impacts on leadership and welfare of administration staff’s performance in STAI Sangatta. It was proved by Fhitung &lt; Ftabel (2.675 &lt; 3.33) with a determinant coefficient of 0.160. it meant its impact of 16% in a very low category. While 84% had been influenced by other factors. This research aims to investigate whether educational supervision can serve as a vital instrument in maintaining accountability, enhancing the quality of learning, and preserving the reputation of educational institutions. This research employs a library research methodology. The findings of this study reveal the significant role of supervision in an educational context and outline several benefits it yields. Through the effective supervisory process, schools and educators can identify and address weaknesses in teaching methods, curriculum, and assessment. It not only improves the quality of education but also ensures compliance with national standards. Furthermore, educational supervision helps maintain a positive image of schools and educators, enhances customer satisfaction (students and parents), and makes a substantial contribution to building a strong reputation for education. The present study examines the utilization of public relations management as a means of facilitating effective communication between educational institutions and the surrounding community. The objective of this paper is to ascertain the efficacy of various public relations management tactics in enhancing the reputation of elementary and secondary educational institutions. The methodology employed in this study involves the utilization of a literature review methodology. The findings of the study revealed that there were a total of five national publications, as indexed by Sinta, that examined the impact of public relations management on enhancing the reputation of educational institutions. These journals were identified through a search conducted on Google Scholar. Based on the findings of the conducted literature review, it is evident that public relations management can employ several strategies to enhance the image of educational institutions.
