<p>Conflict reflects differences, conflicts, or inconsistencies between interrelated elements, which can have positive (functional) or negative (dysfunctional) impacts. In the context of bullying, conflict management includes steps to overcome bullying behavior that often <br />occurs in elementary schools. This study aims to develop a conflict management model based on a therapeutic approach and character values in handling bullying in elementary schools. The study used a literature study method with data collection techniques through <br />borrowing books from the library, reviewing journal articles, and recording and processing data from relevant literature. The main findings of this study are the development of a model consisting of four stages: (1) Conflict Identification, which involves early detection of bullying through surveys and observations; (2) Mediation by Teachers, with the application of a dialogic approach and restorative-based resolution; (3) Character Education, through the integration of anti-bullying values in the curriculum; and (4) Collaboration between Parents and Schools, to strengthen emotional support and consistency of rules at home and school. This model is implemented through case simulations, teacher training, and workshops involving students and parents. The analysis results show that this approach can create a more inclusive environment, encourage positive behavioral changes, and minimize dysfunctional conflicts in elementary schools. <p>This research aims to analyze the use of social media networks, especially Instagram and the SLIMS (Senayan Library Management System) application, which can be used to promote library services at SMP 1 Proppo. This research also investigates how the use of social <br />media and digital applications can increase students' interest in libraries and literacy. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through observing promotional activities on social media, interviews with librarians and students, and <br />documenting content posted on Instagram and SLIMS. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction methods, data presentation, and conclusions. The research results show that Instagram is used to publicize library activities, such as literacy competitions, the latest <br />book collections, and digital literacy campaigns. Meanwhile, managing library data, borrowing books, and available book collections is made easier with the SLIMS application. The increase in the number of visits and book borrowings shows that the use of these <br />two platforms increases student participation. However, technical issues such as lack of employee training and technological infrastructure are obstacles. This article has great benefits for science, especially in terms of the use of digital technology to encourage <br />literacy. These results can help other school libraries develop innovative and flexible digital-based services. <p>The library is a place that contains all types and various fields of knowledge so that it is used as a learning resource. The aim of writing this article is to provide information to readers regarding the role of llibrarians in increasing students' interest in visiting the library at <br />SMAN 2 Pamekasan. In writing this article, the author used descriptive qualitative research methods. Qualitative descriptive is the process of describing the results of a problem that occurs around you. The data collection techniques used by the author are observation,<br />interviews, and literature study. Meanwhile, in data analysis, the author uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Theresults of this article are (1) Librarians provide services in the form of reference services, circulation services, provision of reading materials, arrangement of shelves, maintenance of facilities, and provision of internet access. (2) Efforts to increase interest in visiting include providing new and varied reading materials, providing services, and providing facilities and promotions. (3) Librarians must be able to <br />establish good relationships with the school community to increase interest in visiting. (4) Factors that can influence visitor interest are health, fitness, interest, environment, facilities, motivation, and technology. (5) The challenges faced by librarians in visiting interests <br />are competition between technologies, poor perception, lack of promotion, minimal collection of reading materials, lack of an OPACsystem, and lack of audio-visual media.</p>Dyah Ayu Puspita Dita Admaja

<p>Collaborative decision-making is an important element in educational management, especially in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) institutions, which have complex needs from various parties. This study aims to analyze the collaborative decision-making model at Raudlatul Athfal PIQ Sangatta Utara, focusing on the implementation process, benefits, and challenges faced. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The study results indicate that the collaborative decision-making model involves the active participation of the principal, teachers, parents, and school committee in the strategic policy-making process. This approach has succeeded in increasing a sense of shared ownership, strengthening communication, and producing decisions that are more responsive to the needs of the institution and stakeholders. Other benefits identified include increased management effectiveness, quality of education services, and satisfaction of related parties. The implementation of this model faces several challenges, such as differences in interests between stakeholders, limited managerial capacity, and resistance to changes in organizational culture. <p>This study aims to analyze the strategy of improving the quality of graduates at STISIP Tasikmalaya in facing the challenges of globalization. The importance of this research lies in addressing the gap in the literature regarding comprehensive strategies that integrate <br />curriculum development, soft skills enhancement, and industry collaboration holistically, especially in the context of local universities. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involved in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that STISIP Tasikmalaya's strategies, such as strengthening competency-based curriculum, soft skills training, and internship programs, have improved graduates' readiness to face global challenges. This strategy is proven effective through tracer study data which shows that 90% of graduates get jobs in less than six months. However, the institution still faces obstacles such as limited resources and regional competition. This research has implications for the development of a strategic framework for other universities in responding to global dynamics, as well as providing guidance for creating competitive and adaptive graduates.</p>Nur AzizKhidayat MuslimIrpan Ilmi
