The results of the simultaneous study (f-test) have a tcount>ftable value (458,576>2.72) and a probability value (sig) of 0.000 so that the value of sig < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) can be concluded that advertising, product quality, and halal certification have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase makeover cosmetics at the Dan+Dan Widya Asri Serang store.
Najya Agustiawati, Moh Mukhsin, Muhammad Abduh Copyright (c) 2025 At-Tawazun, Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah https://jurnal.staiskutim.ac.id/index.php/at-tawazun/article/view/676 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 DAMPAK JUDI ONLINE TERHADAP DISORGANISASI SOSIAL DI KALANGAN MAHASISWA BANDUNG https://jurnal.staiskutim.ac.id/index.php/at-tawazun/article/view/692
The rise of online gambling practices among students is an increasingly worrying issue amid the rapid advancement of digital technology. This study aims to identify the factors that cause student involvement in online gambling and examine the social, psychological, economic, and academic impacts it causes. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through literature studies and in-depth interviews. The findings show that internal impulses such as curiosity, economic pressure, and the expectation of instant profits, as well as external factors such as the influence of a friendly environment and ease of internet access, contribute greatly to the increase in student participation in online gambling. This activity has been proven to cause various negative consequences, including financial losses, mental disorders, decreased learning achievement, and potential legal problems. In response, integrated efforts are needed in the form of increasing financial literacy, strengthening regulations on online platforms, and active support from families, campuses, and the government in tackling the spread of online gambling in the student environment.
Andini Aulia Fitri, Zahra Laila Salsabila, Lina Marlina Copyright (c) 2025 At-Tawazun, Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah https://jurnal.staiskutim.ac.id/index.php/at-tawazun/article/view/692 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 ANALISIS BONUS KOIN SHOPEE DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI SYARIAH https://jurnal.staiskutim.ac.id/index.php/at-tawazun/article/view/709
The development of digital technology has brought significant transformations in the transaction system, including the emergence of reward systems such as Shopee Coins. Shopee Coins are official virtual currencies given to Shopee application users through various promotional activities and transactions. This phenomenon is interesting to study from the perspective of sharia economics in order to assess its suitability with Islamic principles. This research is library research with a qualitative and normative approach, using primary data from the books Fiqih Muamalah by Subairi and Fiqih Muamalah Maliyah by Jaih and Hasanudin. Secondary data were also obtained from the results of interviews and analyzed to obtain descriptive conclusions. The results of the study show: first, the mechanism of obtaining Shopee Coins includes purchase transactions, participation in promotions and events, and the completion of certain missions. The system adopts gamification and loyalty to increase user engagement. Second, from the point of view of sharia economics, this system is permissible (halal) as long as it does not contain prohibited elements, such as riba, gharar (ambiguity), and maysir (gambling). Third, this system can be assessed in accordance with sharia if it is transparent and fair. Fourth, potential problems arise if there is speculation about rewards or unclear coin values. As an alternative solution, the reward system can be developed with akad ju'alah (promise of reward for a result) or tabarru' (grant) with sharia supervision, to ensure conformity with the principles of justice and ethics in Islamic muamalah.
Khamal Al-Kahfi Bunyamin, Imrona Hayati, Achmad Fahruddin Copyright (c) 2025 At-Tawazun, Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah https://jurnal.staiskutim.ac.id/index.php/at-tawazun/article/view/709 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 ANALISIS PELUANG DAN ANCAMAN PERDAGANGAN PRODUK PERIKANAN: STUDI KASUS PERDAGANGAN INDONESIA DENGAN TIONGKOK https://jurnal.staiskutim.ac.id/index.php/at-tawazun/article/view/711
As an archipelagic country with abundant marine wealth, Indonesia has great potential in developing the fisheries sector as a leading non-oil and gas export commodity. This research aims to analyze the opportunities and threats of trade in Indonesian fishery products with China within the framework of APEC cooperation. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with literature studies, using secondary data obtained from various ministry reports, scientific journal articles, economic news, official government websites, and data from international organizations. The results of the study show that although Indonesia has a large export potential for fishery products to China, such as squid, cuttlefish, seaweed, shrimp, and crabs. The country also faces serious challenges in the form of high volumes of imports of low-cost fishery products from China that suppress local prices and weaken the competitiveness of domestic fishermen. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is needed in the form of improving product quality, diversification, strengthening the processing industry, protecting the domestic market through strict import regulations, and promoting the export of value-added products so that Indonesia can maintain and improve its position in the international fisheries market, especially China.
Muti Larasati, Daspar Copyright (c) 2025 At-Tawazun, Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah https://jurnal.staiskutim.ac.id/index.php/at-tawazun/article/view/711 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000
